After 4 decades there is no doubt Julie does something right.

What is the Condition of the Fixtures?

Fixtures are generally in good to excellent condition, ready to be used immediately. This luxury bottega store served light traffic of high-end clientele.

How Are Items Priced?

All items are priced to sell at liquidation rate. There will be a tag on mostly ever item. Prices are fixed the first day, and discounted after. We are open to negotiation - if you are interested in purchasing large quantities, please inquire at the sale.

Which Payments Are Accepted?

Cash, Credit Card, and Paypal are accepted. A 5% fee will be added to non-cash payments to cover transaction costs.

Parking & Loading

There is a parking lot behind the building. There is also plenty of free parking on the streets around. There is space to load large objects into trucks & trailers.

This incredible piece was custom curated by Julie into a jawdropping display: sure to be a centerpiece of your store or bedroom.

The original doors are still present - Julie has them mounted on the wall.

Over 8' wide, the piece dominates her showroom bringing incredible attraction to the items inside.

There are several points of carved ornate embellishments from foot to a large crown.

Pieces like this become more rare every year.

Another of Julie's custom curated joys, this makes a lavish display for the jeans & tops showroom centered around it.

It has a dark rich color to the wood tone for bold display.

You notice it pairs naturally in the space with the wooden floor and leopard cabinet.

The doors are intact, just removed for show and mounted on the wall next to it.

Buying new business supplies have gotten way too expensive - these used supplies are perfectly good to use. Everything will be priced to sell at a fraction of the cost to order new.

Royal Dress Forms

The gold standard in clothing display, these sturdy forms can display a variety of clothing from bougie vintage to high fashion luxury. Kept in a low-traffic, high-end bottega store, these forms are clean and in excellent condition: ready for immediate deployment in your store or closet.

Antique Decorations & Racks

There are several tasteful accents to the shop including special antique fixtures which are both beautiful and functional.

Antique Singer Sewing Machines

Two incredibly ornate Singer sewing machines are part of the decor at the bottega. Pictured is a rare Singer 128K With La Vencedora Indian Star Variant Decals. There is also a Singer model 66 with original wooden case.

Oriental Rugs

These are no imitations - the rugs on display are genuine woven specimens and originally purchased in New York City at rug dealers.
